Workshops focus on skills like academic & creative writing, reading literature, finances, computers & technology, higher education, job training & more. Led by experienced volunteers, workshops are free & open to current members of the International Center.

Story Club: Exploring "American Voices"

Each week we will explore “American Voices,” short stories selected from the StoryCorps project representing a variety of American voices, language, culture, & experiences. Led by Rachel Conrad.
NOTE: No required book--students will read short stories available online. We recommend students attend all sessions, but it is not required.

The International Women's Book Lovers Club
The International Women’s Book Lovers Club, established by students from the International Center & led by Volunteer Tamara Kirson, has been meeting continuously since February 2019. Meet the students in Book Club—women from around the world who have found community & friendship through reading powerful stories & sharing their own.
